On Thursday night at 8:30pm AEDT we will be conducting scheduled maintenance on the Traffio platform for 30 minutes. During this 30 minute maintenance window, Traffio will be in read-only mode for a period of up to 5 minutes.
Traffio's read-only mode gives you full access to view bookings, resources, and all other areas of Traffio from both the web and mobile apps. It does not allow you to make changes in the web app, which includes activities like creating or modifying bookings or resources. If you try to make changes in the web app during the read-only window you will receive a notification that they have failed.
You can still submit forms and dockets as normal from the mobile apps.
You do not need to submit a ticket or email the Help Desk.
